what’s the bliss all about?


Bliss Yoga RVA classes are suitable for beginners but more experienced practitioners will also enjoy these classes. The poses are structured to safely and reliably release tensions in the deepest layers of your body. We utilize props to support the body in precise alignments to release tension along the spine. You'll also gain flexibility, strength, increased breathing capacity, and so much more.
